Provider and scope

These terms govern Forge QA, operated by [company name and address]. [State whether the service is offered to businesses only].

Accounts and verification

The workspace owner confirms their identity through Stripe and proves control of each website with a DNS record. You may only test websites you own or are authorized to test.

Acceptable use

[Prohibited uses, e.g. load or security testing without permission, bypassing CAPTCHAs or access controls, targeting third-party sites]. We may suspend workspaces that break these rules.

Plans, usage and billing

Plans are billed monthly in EUR through Stripe. A test run is one saved test in one browser, up to five minutes. Overage is charged only if the workspace owner opts in and sets a spending cap. Plan changes take effect at the next billing period. [Tax and VAT terms].

Trial and cancellation

New workspaces get a 7-day trial with 100 runs. You can cancel anytime in the billing portal; the plan runs until the end of the paid period. [Refund policy].

Support access

Support staff can access only the tests you share, for the time you allow, and their changes require your approval.
